  This is the only Verizon store I go to. I'm a Verizon customer for 8 years. It doesn't matter how busy they are, they always make time for ALL customers. They helped me get my own plan when I turned 18, and gave me the same attention they gave to a man in his mid-forties that came in to start a family plan. I have never seen a biase in treatment, and I recently brought my boyfriend to Verizon, but used a different store because this one was not open. They definitely tried to take advantage of him until they realized I had worked at a competitor mobile retailer, and new the tricks. We will both be returning to this store in the future.

  Seems like there are multiple cases of fraudulent charges coming from this location..I live in another state, but I see a charge pending on my bank acct from this location in NJ. I googled the store # and saw other stories of fraud coming from the same location. One lady lives in China and was somehow charged from this store. Not saying it's the staff, but somehow people are getting away with using stolen credit card info here. They are closed now, but I will be calling tmrw to see if they can help identify and remove this charge from my bank acct. Will update my review after I speak to the manager.
